I take a medication for cholesterol, each tablet is 625 MG. I take six per day, for a total of 3750 MG.
I have been switched to an envelope of powder that I mix with water. It contains 3.75 G.
Is it the same amount?
( I now take the powder once a day.)

If you’re asking if 3.75 grams equals 3750 milligrams, yes, that is correct. 1000 mg = 1 g.

By the way, both the m and the g should be lower-case. I don’t think a capital G means anything, and a capital M means something completely different (one million, not one one-thousandth). If we were to take your OP literally, it’d mean you were taking thousands of tons of medicine.
