I have to be honest I don’t think police officers do a very good job defending the constitution and these people are who I was mainly referring to. If the Institution of Police Officers in this country take that oath (the Constitutional Oath) I would be of the opinion that they have failed at their task and betrayed their oaths.q

What I mean is that because of money not allotted, many people suffer the consequences of the system and what I meant about goes without saying is that when the oppressed try to speak for themselves, no one listens. So goes without saying means that someone would listen.

Not all things happen as you would like them to. I need to say what I came to say and people will ask questions. What part of this is not debate. As far as not speaking politically, what are you looking for. I only aim to please the moderator.

1. It is the prosecutors job to adjudicate the cases on the arrests that the police make. The police just enforce the law and as much as I criticize them I praise them for at least doing what they can. Let’s face it, it is an ugly world out there. We need civil enforcement but there is a wormhole that forms every time they act. They don’t have enough training or authority either one to do the job that I want them to do. If they didn’t just require a criminal justice degree or basic police academy training to recruit these men and women we would all be better off. I was at the lake yesterday and their was two boats anchored in a non posted no swim zone. One of these boats had older adults on it and one of these boats had a younger population on it. A police officer pulled along side of the boat with the younger crowd on it and cited them for being in the water in a no swim zone. He totally ignored and let escape the other boat. Is this not profiling at its worst. I was a witness to the entire thing as we were puttering by in my fathers boat. This was injustice no matter what the scale of infringement. When people are on liberty they don’t want to be harassed by the authorities for minor un-posted infractions of the code.

Civil service does not equal police officer. Every bureaucrat in the United States government took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. So, why does the oath you allegedly took worth more than the oath that every single Federal public servant took?

I seem to have my answer, so I don’t need to ask again.

So, let’s recap your platform:

1. Police are doing a poor job;
2. Men and women were not created equal but we find ways to get along;
3. We have a choice between an unbalanced private sector or an unbalanced government (I’m not sure that is meant to be ironic);
4. The medical and legal fields need to be nationalized;
5. And we should swallow inflation in whole pieces.

I think Al Sharpton ran on this platform. Except for the inflation part. Or the nationalizing the legal profession bit. Other than that, straight out of the Sharpton 2004 playbook.

Maybe you should consider getting onto the local school board first. Revolutionize education in your area and you’d be a shoo-in for higher office.
