I was watching Scarborough County Friday. Leo Terrell claims that this case is primarily due to Michael Jackson’s race, the same thing applies to the Kobe Bryant trial also. ---

I’m not convinced that either of these cases are about race, but in this country you never really know and it’s always possible. What these two case share in common though is the dubiousness of the accusers. In Kobe case, and the transcript of the hearing is available on [www.thesmokinggun.com](http://www.thesmokinggun.com) you can see that the hotel had only four other guests in it and Kobe’s was on one side of the hotel and his bodyguards and trainer on the other. The woman’s panties had another mans sperm in them and these weren’t even the ones she wore on the alledged day of the assualt. She describes how Kobe was holding her by the neck with both hands, then with one hand while he lifted up her skirt and pulled her panties down. Amazingly she had no bruises on her neck, just one on her jaw that the detective that interviewed her didn’t even notice and he sat 3 feet away from her for more than an hour. Back to the Jackson case… I think these charges are bogus, and I think the credibility of the accuser will not hold up, which is why they haven’t called Johnnie Cochran in. 😃 ---

Have you heard the latest on the [mass candlelight vigil](http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/3230338.stm) organised by his fans? They all turned up to supprt him in various spots throughout the world. In an amazing show of support, the voices of 30 fans in New York were overwhelmed by the 60 who showed up in Paris, but beat out the mass turn out of 25 in Los Angeles. ---

Just out of curiosity, am I the only person reading this thread who thinks “innocent until proven guilty” for most of the participants here has been discarded long ago? I mean, if I were Michael Jackson’s lawyer, I’d have my hands full keeping y’all off the jury… 😉 ---

Did anybody see Fox news last night? Rita Something’s show? It seems that LaToya’s ex was on, and he claimed to have seen many, many boys enter Jackson’s bedroom, and emerge looking ‘emotionally dead.’ Uri Gellar also said he wouldn’t have his own kids around Jackson. ---
