The picture screams tragedy. What we see is a defenseless victim whose life was ended unnecessarily. A child wearing a photo button and khaki pants, for Christ’s sake. This was no thug. And the jury had the pic shoved in their faces by O’Mara, who apparently lacks the depth and compassion to see what it broadcasts. This is my first time seeing this pic. I’m glad Michael Moore posted it. The world should see the truth no matter how raw it is. ---

I didn’t watch the part in O’Mara’s closing where he showed the jury this picture. Can someone tell me the context? I’m just not getting why he thought this image would help his client. ---
