I keep getting an advert from Outlook:

“This is a new type of ad”

“Get the latest premium Outlook features”

I can’t block it and it keeps coming back. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

I need more information to know where the ad is coming from. Where exactly are you seeing this ad? Just on your desktop in Windows? In Outlook itself? On the [Outlook.com](http://Outlook.com) website? In some other app? On your phone?

It comes up in my emails on [Outlook.com](http://Outlook.com) on my Windows laptop. It doesn’t show up on my phone.
