One of the Dopers who hasn’t posted in many years, and who I have lost touch with shared a story with me. He was an IT professional. He shared with me that back in college, his school had a display of parts from Eniac. After weighing things carefully, he pocketed one of the parts. He still had it years later. In general, I do not approve of theft. But I would have been strongly tempted to do the same. ---

Those poor little worms. I think you could probably have pointed that out in the thread. I had a hell of a time figuring out what was causing our fly problem and I still don’t know. That is useful information. ---

That is useful information. Myself, for the past few years I have black soldier flies coming in (which I never saw before the last few years). They are wasp mimics, even have transparent areas on their abdomen to make it look like they have a thin waist. But there aren’t many of them, and they provide entertainment and nutritional suppliment for the cats that stand staring at the windows waiting for one to get stuck there so that they can catch and eat it. ---
