I think the difference is that people post recipes to piss off the troll. Beck is blogging to piss off regular board posters. ---

Because you allow your feelings of being trolled to reach a fever pitch way out of proportion to the words the mute lady speaks. Let that feeling wash over you. Acknowledge it. Embrace it, then let it go. If you can practice that you may eventually learn to ignore the bad bad beck. ---

I think a lot of the time it’s not a “troll” per se, but just posters who dislike each other. And I think that’s what’s going on here. I mean, yes, Beck is trolling you here, but in general, she’s not a troll. ---
