You are pretty much desribing how terrorist organizations operate in third world countries. Our intelligence gathering, tracking and strike capibility is well proven in hunting down terrorist. Which is why Trump designated the cartel as such.
They have known manufactuing capibilities that can be struck, bank accounts that can be hacked into and if their location becomes known the US can strike quickly, espcially since we are not half way around the world.
To be clear, I am not advocating this. But to me it is clear that this is his intent in the short term for political gain. He is basically picking the easy target.
If it was anything like his normal way of doing things, a strike would be half-assed and poorly thought out, likely resulting in unnecessary deaths and lots of ill will.
Right, but he would declare it a success, the best strike agaisnt terrorist anytime and then let the Mexican goverment deal with the fallout. And the Mexican goverment knows this.
Only under Democrats. Republicans just like bombing random brown people, they don’t care if they are guilty of anything but being the wrong skin color or religion. Recall that Osama bin Laden was only hunted down and killed under a Democrat.
Trump of course would be perfectly happy to see Mexican cities cluster bombed and call it an “action against the cartels”. Mexicans are just rapists and murderers after all, for him and the Republicans every dead Mexican is a victory for America and the White Race.
