Seems kinda obvious that Bork got bounced because they didn’t like Bork, not because they didn’t like Reagan. Garland being ignored had nothing at all to do with anyone’s feelings about Garland, had everything to do with antipathy to Obama. Analogy fail. ---

I have no idea how this has turned into a thread about Bork. Here’s an[update](http://www.jsonline.com/story/opinion/2017/01/24/editorial-david-clarke-needs-go/97005872/). Milwaukee paper opines that “Clarke needs to go”. Semi-related trivia: In Wisconsin, only a Coroner can arrest a Sheriff. ---

That seems a bit extreme. Dislike him as I do, I would not nominate him for the services of a coroner. ---
