I had never heard of such a thing, but it looks just like a fancy flowcharting tool. Which is fine, I like flowcharts. But these websites seem to be selling the tool to corporations to facilitate organizing their people. Generally I find that written information of this type of rarely kept up to date. ---

If you have Microsoft Visio, it has a template for creating a mind-mapping diagram.
