If you have deliberately chosen to live in an area where urinal flushing is a direct strain to the regional environmental resources, then it is incumbent on you to pack your bags and move yourself to an environmentally sustainable region because your presence is diminishing the quality of life for the current residents that need those limited resources. _flush_ ---

If you’re spitting up colored phlegm that indicates a respiratory infection, you definitely should not be disposing of it in a public urinal. In fact, you shouldn’t be in a public place at all. You should be at home, coughing up your diseased phlegm in private. If it’s unavoidable, you should be spitting your phlegm into a tissue and disposing of it discreetly. You shouldn’t be disposing of your phlegm in any manner that gives it hang time in a public place. ---
