You can bet the jury would have dealt him enhanced sentencing (aggravating factors). I’m beginning to think the Judge might, too. This guy could be gone for a long, long time. ---

He was jailed for quite some time before posting bond on October 7th. Bail was set at $1 million conditional. ---

He seemed pretty practiced in placing his hands behind his back to be cuffed… Maybe after cuffing him they shoulda dropped hi to the floor and jumped on his neck. So who is paying for his defense (and any subsequent appeals)? The Minn Police Assoc? Is that funded by employee contributions, or (as I assume) by the employers?
