Er, not to be Mr. Rabid Packers fan, Ahman Green finished the year as the number two running back in the league. I’m just sayin’, it’s not like it’s only number four. ---

That just shows how thin the league is at the running back position. Hell, the Vikings had the number one rushing offense in the NFL last year and they still sucked. Plus Ahman Green fumbles a lot. Fuck Ahman Green. [bitter? Hell yes I’m bitter. Can you tell?] ---

Hate to break this to you Diogenes, but Viking fans have been congratulating me all day. Now, granted, I don’t live in the cities, where my 8 y/o nephew had a beer dumped on him at the Nov 8 game for the crime of wearing a “4” jersey. But there are many Vikes fans here (though I didn’t see any Vikes gear till '98), when I took him to Lambeau for opening weekend, we took our lumps and swore 11/8 would make up for it. (An aside, “Randy from Minnesota” just called Sporting News Radio and admitted the Queens will never win a Super Bowl.) It was a touchdown, the Vikings suck, the sky is blue. These are just some things you have to accept. BTW, I never gloated till I met a Vikings bandwagon jumper. They taught me well, I just have a problem picking up the inherent bitterness. Oh, well there’s always next years meltdown. Where the hell is eli the fanatic on this? I thought he loved the Vikes. ---

The Raiders laid down to the Pack, but handed the Viqueens thier lunch I have a really good feeling about my Pack (yes, I own stock, get to vote on the leadership in the front office, “vanity” license plates, tattoos, etc.) I actually cried when the “score” came in from the desert. But to get back to the OP, this was supposed to be about the Queens. _I just can’t stop laughing!_ ---

Oh, come on. We’re better than this. Was the receiver pushed out? Who knows. Does it really matter? No. The point is, the season _should not have come down to that one play_. Same thing for that shady “leaping” call on Simeon Rice a few months ago that resulted in Indy beating Tampa in overtime. One call does not a victory make. Does Green Bay suck? Hell no, they won the division by playing better football when it counted. Good on 'em. The OP said nothing about them except noting they won, and hey, I have to admit I love watching Brett Favre play (as long as it’s not in a game that matters to me). Am I talking like Donald Rumsfeld? Yes, yes I am. ---

Green Bay was four minutes away from blowing out the Chiefs, and it took a last second play by the Eagles to beat them. Take that along with the fact that they lost to Arizona and the Lions and their 10-6 record looks pretty good. They had the Chiefs and the Eagles dead to rights. The Pack could be 12-4. Either way. Anyway…here`s to the playoffs!! ---
