I originally thought it was a masked Mexican wrestler, but that was when I was looking on my phone. When I saw the larger version on my desktop, I thought it was Tweety. ---

It’s Tweety, but painted on a person’s face. The eyes are the same (though Tweety’s eyes are painted to extend up further). The nose is (roughly) the beak. He’s holding a yellow feather in his mouth for Tweety’s tail. ---

Isn’t it the universal symbol (like a shark’s fin) of Psychedelic Witches buried in Concrete or Asphalt? 😜 I always try to avoid those, you know they’re just pissed off and ready to wreck someone. ---
