I thought it was a [Dragonball Z](https://dragonball.fandom.com/wiki/Android_15) reference; not about phones. GIGObuster made a joke about that in the thread before I noticed it, as well.

For me, I imagined that the bear was paying for something with a card; mostly because of a joke from an old comic strip where someone is yelling _“Look out, that rhino is going to charge!”_ as an anthropomorphic rhino lady pulls a card out of her purse.
