Behind Door #1: Who is the WORST head of state in the world?

Door #2: Who is the least-_wealthy_ head of state in the world?

I should make this a poll, for those who haven’t spoiled themselves yet (as I haven’t). I’ll choose Door #2…so seeing if I get a free car, or a goat…[takes a peek]

I get a Trabant at least, I guess.
