I do think, however, that the obsession with loud exploding objects is closely associated with brain dysfunction caused by vast amounts of testosterone coursing through the bloodstream, especially when enhanced by alcohol. ---

[Internal Closet Doors - help! With pictures](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/infernal-closet-doors-help-with-pictures/1031497/1) I was totally confused by what an “internal” closet door would be. Is that a second door inside the closet that leads to another space? Or is “internal” modifying “closet”, so as opposed to an external closet? And now I just momentarily misread [Question for you Lowans](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/question-for-you-Iowans/1031489/1) I capitalized the L to make it obvious – I read the upper case I as a lower case L. The sans serif font strikes again! Of course it actually said “Iowans”, as in people from Iowa. ---

Wow, I hadn’t realized that I misread that title too. I assumed they wanted to paint the inside of the closet doors or something, which I agree would be a hassle, what with moving all your clothes out of the way, etc. ---
