Oven / BBQ temp no higher than 275F. Use a meat thermometer, wrap in foil when it hits an internal temp of 150F to avoid the ‘stall’, and cook to an internal temp of 200-205F. Take off heat and let rest for an hour or so before pulling.
Yes, I know that was a total thread hijack and I apologize. But I can’t _ **not** _ help someone in need of pulled pork advice.
