[Is it possible to be racist against ALs?](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/is-it-possible-to-be-racist-against-ais/1023946)

I have known a fair number of ALs in my life, including Allen, Alan, Alfred, Albert, Alex, Alexandria, Alison, Alvin, and probably more. Some of them are indeed assholes, but that’s no reason to lump all of them together and treat them like second-class citizens.
