Yes, she’s a crock (like John Edward and James Van Praagh and…), but she is in the midst of developing her own TV show, according to the June 16 _TV Guide_. Ugh. ---

Pheh. I wouldn’t pay to call her people and listen to them make really useless general prediction things, but I love her TV commercial personality. Miss Cleo is pretty damn cool as far as I’m concerned. I tend to think that really good Tarot readers pull a Sherlock Holmes style deductive “mind reading” trick. Some of them are really damned good at it too, and you have no idea how they know about certain things. My best friend in the world lives in Canada. I live in Texas, but I used to go to boarding school up there. The first time we met I was wearing this orange sweater that she still makes fun of me about to this day. For Christmas this year I sent her a bloodletting ring (claw ring) that I had custom made at a jewelers in Port Aransas. A couple weeks ago, she went to a Tarot reader. The reader told her that her soul mate lives in a different country, has long dark hair (I know that one’s easy), that she associates her soul mate with the color orange, and a material object that is silver. It freaked her right the hell out, I just thought it was cool. Anyway, I’m off to bed. Goodnight SDMB. Lucky Charms
