# Missing munitions - what's been pinched?

The [BBC](http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-20110227) is reporting that a couple of cases of munitions has been stolen from a train in Warrington.

[The Independent](http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/antiterror-probe-launched-over-cargo-of-munitions-stolen-from-freight-train-in-warrington-8229167.html) says it’s reported to be anti-tank mines.

Some further digging reveals it is a shipment of [L9 bar mines](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barmine).

Wow, 100kg of RDX is missing!
