I normally use Firefox, but I just loaded the board up on Chrome, using Win10, and I’m seeing the member names just fine. ---

You sure you didn’t accidentally add ab element hiding rule to your adblockers? Some make that really easy to do. ---

Hmm, not quite—it wasn’t one of my filters, but the uBlock filters; getting rid of those makes the names come back. Does anybody else experience issues with uBlock for Chrome and this site? ---

I just posted a thread about this. Your thread didn’t appear in recent threads or as a suggestion. Same OS, same problem, didn’t change any settings. Sitewide on Chrome. Looks fine on my phone ---

Can you walk me through what to change in uBlock? I really don’t want to whitelist SDMB and have to see the many offensive ads. ---

No problems using uBlock Origin in Chrome on my end. One thing to try is to go the tab with all the filter subscriptions and purge the cache, then reload all filters. ---

What worked for me was the “cosmetic” toggle. I don’t know why.
