I think my first ~~thread~~ topic might have disappeared. I can’t seem to find it anywhere. It was titled “Introducing Max” and was last seen in MPSIMS. The date I submitted the original post was March 22, 2019 and the old URL was [https://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=872856](https://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=872856) I quoted part of my OP [here](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/a-proposed-policy-on-the-reasons-for-banning-members/840525/32). The topic doesn’t show up in the Discourse built-in search or in my activity. [DuckDuckGo](https://duckduckgo.com/?q=site%3Aboards.straightdope.com+%22introducing+max%22) has a dead link from the vBulletin days. [Google](https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Aboards.straightdope.com%20%22introducing%20max%22) does not have the topic. I was going to link to it on my profile where you can set a “featured topic”, which isn’t remotely important, but I’m genuinely curious as to what happened. ~Max ---

Oh my. The “Max2K” thread was from an era when the board was a lot smaller, and a lot different. What a flashback. heh.
