Earlier today, I remembered an old MAD magazine send-up on PBS pledge drives. This one included documentaries about Brest, France; Fukuoka, Japan; and Intercourse, Pennsylvania.

p.s. My brother recently found out that Lake Titicaca is a real place; he just thought it was another Beavis & Butthead joke.
