One could see a future Senate seeking to create a removal cause for permanent incapacity to attend/vote but it would not be for a case like this where you can wheel them in obviously alive and conscious every few weeks or couple of months and have an aide give them their cue to vote. ---

Got it in one. Sorry about that. For some reason, my phone often collapses “reason” into “rain”. I don’t type “senator” often enough to have a sense of that. ---
