I remain convinced that Chao went to China to consolidate financial accounts where she can control them. There’s a high likelihood that McConnell’s Will leaves everything to his children. But while he’s alive/incapacitated, his wife has the legal right to do as she pleases with the family finances. She may even be putting it into the names of her Chinese family members.
