Wait a minute… If Romney still insists that he ran a great campaign, isn’t the only reason left for why he lost that the majority of Americans reject Republican policies? ---

Yes, but it’s not because the policies are bad. It’s because we’re a nation of takers and moochers who want everything for free and also 99% tax rates which we don’t care about because only people like Papa John pay taxes. ---

The only times Mitt seems to have any integrity or honesty with what he says is when he is acting like Mr Burns. I’m sure that isn’t a coincidence. I’m glad he lost. Let him stew in his sour grapes for a while, and let all those farmers who collect gov. subsidies and all the elderly on medicare and SS continue to delude themselves that they aren’t welfare queens at the teat of Uncle Sam just like the people they disdain. ---

I see Rmoney is still spouting the attitude that poor people are poor because they deserve to be poor. It’s their own fault for being poor, so anything they get from the government to help them not be poor is a handout they don’t deserve. ---

I’m not willing to do that. I don’t think we should look at the ® or (D) before their name before we decide about their ideas. There are several Republicans I could vote for. None of them would run this time, but still. ---

Thing is, you wouldn’t be just electing them and their ideas; you’d be giving more power to the entire Republican party and _its_ ideas. And the candidate’s ideas won’t get much traction unless the _other_ Republicans go along with them, which is unlikely.
