Could have sworn I saw them perform where there were a few ladies playing strings and whatnot but it must have been the house band from whatever show it was. Or I was high, or something. ---

Having seen Pat Benatar’s shows, I can tell you she has herself and her husband in the front plus two women and a man doing back-up vocals. I believe their drummer is male and I don’t recall who is on bass or keyboards. –G! ---

Dan Hicks died this week. He never had a real hit, but “I Scare Myself” was quite well known. Two girls in the band, The Hot Licks, singing like birds. ---

That may happen on occasion, but definitely not in every case. ---
