But they let Bob Davidson back in.
Yes, this is a personal crusade, but before he was let back in to MLB, he managed to completely screw up the World Baseball Classic. I have no confidence in umpires, especially their organization.

Davidson is a travesty, I will not deny it. However, while Davidson may have TRIED to screw up the WBC, he didn’t. Japan ended up advancing anyway, despite his best efforts, and Mexico won the game where he tanked the home run call.

They are because they dramatically slow down the game. We can accept slowing it down to make money for huge sponsors,but reject slowing it down to get the calls right.
