# Mmmm, I love the smell of ....

cigarettes - unsmoked!  
matches just after their struck (stricken?)

BUT…  
I _hate_ the smell of the combination of these two - cigarette smoke. Go figure!

Also…  
rain on sage in the West  
and, of course, Bacon!

I also drive home by a Melitta coffee factory most nights and the smell is just FAB!

Freesia – smells like a mother’s love

Bergamot – just a hint, like in Earl Grey tea

My boyfriend - Oh God, his skin, his clothes, everything about him smells so good!

Crisp October night - it does take a nose honed by a lifetime’s residency in Southern California to detect the extremely mild signature of autumn in the air here, but I have that kind of nose.

Vinegar.

I love the smell of vinegar. Maybe it has something to do with those Easter morning as a child, dying eggs…no actually I think I like those Easter morning just because I love vinegar so much.  
Some others I might actually share with other people:

Vanilla

The air after a big rainstorm (surpisingly, it even smell that way in Manhattan).

Autumn

Freshly baked bread

Musty bars

Sex
