Howdy Y’all! Two down and three to go! Dindin tonight is soup and sammich at the church followed by Evening Prayer and Eucharist. Young Priest does not miss a chance to have Holy Eucharist. Personally, I think a nice simple Evening Prayer service would be nice. Scriptures, prayers, throw in a hymn or two. Tummy is rumbly so I needed a snack. I gave up salty snacks for Lent. Thus I am munchin’ on sump’n :eek: _healthy_ :eek:, carrot sticks. Hi Ya **Roise**! ---

I have my Task Manager back! A couple of weeks ago, a nasty virus blew through the company, and it ate my Task Manager. Quite annoying! The nice IT guy came today and cleaned up my machine and restored Task manager. 🙂 ---

OK, enough whooshing! Play nice, dammit!! 😛 I made a chicken pot pie for supper, and it was very yum. And messy. Not bad for a first effort, and I know what I need to do differently next time. We are all stuffded and the dishwasher is dishwashing. Life is good. Our roofing is being delivered on Firday, and being installed on Saturday, weather permitting. It’s supposed to be in the 50s on Sat, and no rain being threatened so far, so YAY! I’m very excited that the work is beginning. I think windows are next. We shall see. Work was boring. I asked the multi-team team lead what was next, and he said there’s stuff in the pipeline, so I’ll be busy again soon. But first we have to do a VTC with the customer to answer any questions. They were talking about doing that Friday afternoon - AFTER my normal work hours are up, since the customer is on the west coast. I am not amused. We shall see… What else? I don’t know. It’s just another freakin’ day in paradise… ---

_sigh_ I haven’t gotten much done yet today. But I went over to my storage unit to try to find my mixing bowls - failed on that cuz I don’t want to go digging too much. I brought home a couple of kimono for next week and I stopped at my mom’s work to say hi since she’s right there. Then stopped at the grocery store to pick up candy supplies. We were going to have a girls night tomorrow but it’s getting rescheduled so I guess I’ll go to taijitsu instead. Started three loads of laundry (technically it’s all one load, but it took three washers…) and I have another load (or whatever it takes) to do as well. Can you tell I hate doing laundry? I’m supposed to be doing homework and I will in a couple of minutes. I don’t wanna though. ---

I had a wonderful, frazzled day at the Lib. I can’t go into details–it would take too long. Can you be overwhelmed, but happy at the same time? That’s me there this week. I suppose it’s a good thing we don’t have much of value in the house. The only real loss would be our laptops and our PS3. (We’re still living like kids rather than adults.) Aw, **Buns**. Tylenol is my friend when I have headaches. Thanks for the good thoughts everyone. I sent Irish Boyfriend a somewhat angsty email yesterday (he asked me to send him an honest emai because he thought it’d be easier than talking over the phone) and then sent him another one later apologizing for my angst, and he sent me an email telling me to relax and to remember he loves me and that one little sentence has made me feel better. 🙂 It’s my teaching day today. 5 hours of wartime literature! Can’t wait. ---

I had some really good black bean soup with sour cream, cilantro and lime and two chicken sallit sammiches at church this evenin’. It was teh nummies! Plus, we had a very nice, spiritual, centering Evening Prayer with Eucharist service. I feel all relaxed and peaceful. A nice way to feel for beddy bye time. Nitey Nite Y’all! ---
