Does anyone know where to see the video for the MOAB test for free on the web? When I was watching the news about this thing I kept thinking about the song 99 Luft Balloons. ---

For those who don’t know, MOAB is a large non-nuclear bomb recently tested in Florida. It really stands for "Massive Ordnance Air Burst " but the joke is that it stands for “Mother Of All Bombs”. If the CNN link above doesn’t work, the _Miami Herald_ also has a link to a video clip [here](http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/5368620.htm). I haven’t watched it, so I’m not sure if it’s the same video. ---

Having just re-read parts of II Samuel, I thought this was going to be a thread about ancient Israel’s lesser-known neighbor. ---

MOAB was named such (referring to Mother of all Bombs) from the time it entered development. My understanding is that "Massive Ordnance Air Burst " was a moniker that was developed to fit within the commonly used “MOAB”. Of course, I have no cite, but I am working on it. ---

A More politically correct acronym most likely. ---
