People easily refute them from what I’ve seen, but regardless, posting things that ‘people don’t like but can’t refute’ doesn’t create any appearance of trolling. A mod wouldn’t need to clarify to anyone why you weren’t being sanctioned for posting things that they couldn’t refute. They are accusing you of trolling, and a mod needed to clarify why you weren’t being sanctioned for trolling, because you admit that you take pleasure in annoying people with your posts which is pretty much the guiding motivation behind any trolling. It’s just that in the Pit, since it is intended for posters to annoy each other, it isn’t really a rules violation there unless it goes beyond a certain point.
