I noticed **Idle Thoughts** revived [an almost four-year-old zombie thread that he himself had started](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=203942&page=7), but then six minutes later another Mod came along and closed it. Is there some drama going on? I hate it when Mom and Dad are fighting. ---

No, I understand that **Idle Thoughts** immediately self reported his post and **Jonathan Chance** closed it based on the report. It was all in fun, no mod wars taking place. ---

Hmmm… now moderators are bumping old threads as well as other users? I wonder why Idle Thoughts bumped up a thread that didn’t seem to need bumping? ---

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls… Slightly Snarkin’ time’s here. Listen all! This is the truth of it. General Questions lead to Great Debates, and Common Warnings gets to Mod Notes. And constantly trolling for a banning was damn near the death of us all. Look at us now even in the dated Portrait Gallery! Having some fun, and everyone talking about mundane pointless stuff they gots to share! But we’ve learned, by the dust of them all… the SDMB learned. Now, when folks get to fussing, it happens here At This Message Board! And it finishes here! Two Mods enter, one Mod leaves Two Mods enter, one Mod leaves (I am almost ashamed of myself 🙂 ) ---
