I think what he’s saying is pretty clear. He didn’t see it when he posted. Later, he saw it, and he didn’t understand how his post had violated its instructions. So: he shouldn’t be warned both because the admonishment was unclear, and because his infraction occurred effectively simultaneously with the admonishment.
