I oppose the proposed greater U.N. presence in the Pit. The United Nations has proven itself completely ineffectual in solving even simple disagreements between Picard and Ripped Shirt Kirk. How can it hope to settle major conflicts such as those which currently rage between an Imperial Star Destoyer and the U.S.S. Enterprise?
