What? No recap? I thought this was the funniest episode this season. Spin-off Gloria for her own show! “She faced her fears and it didn’t kill her… what killed her 2 weeks later was a bus” “Are you serious?” “Ahe couldn’t see anything coming with that big nose” “Really, Manny? Do you want me to learn you English?” – Gloria And the comment about cutting off the horse’s head for Manny’s report on the Mafia. Nice to see Todd (last week’s _Community_) getting work on competing networks. Would have been even better if somehow they could have worked in a “No offense” / “None taken”. ---

[inner 13-year old boy] Between Gloria’s beautiful cleavage and Claire’s permanips, this is one of the breastalicious shows on network TV. [/i13yob] I’m happy Claire’s storyline will continue, because it means we’ll see more David Cross. The only part that bugged me was Cam’s completely overdone limp-wristed mincing down the street after the hit & run driver. We’ve seen him open a can of whoop-ass in previous seasons so that seemed out of character. ---

But I thought they finished the joke well when he went up to Todd’s front porch doing a combination Nathan Lane/Clint Eastwood swagger. I’m starting to feel a little bad for the middle Dunphy child. Once Lily starts getting more screen time than you do, you may be on a path to far away boarding school next year. ---

I thought Luke was funnier than usual in this episode. How he got his money was hilarious, and I loved his random sarcastic quip of “Yeah, the police are busy winning the war on drugs.” ---

I think perhaps they aren’t afraid of showing Cam running down the street with his wrists just a-flappin’ because we also know that he is capable of throwing a football through a sheet of plywood. ETA: I loved Claire and Gloria’s conversation in the kitchen - “I’m a little afraid of you sometimes - _Thanksgiving is at MY house!_” 😃 (That was a call-back to a previous episode, right?) ---

That was one of the funniest episodes of television (not just MF) I’ve ever watched. I thought it was absolutely briliant. “I’ve always been turned on by women with power…Michelle Obama…Oprah…Serena WIllia…wait!” ---
