So, what did everyone think of last night’s episode? ---

Just OK. A letdown after the season premier. Many of the plot points felt like stuff they’ve done before. Cam gets in over his head and needs Mitch to stabilize him. Jay has a temper and has trouble relating to Manny. The Phil & Claire stuff was mildly entertaining, as was the Alex and Haley situation. (But not showing any of the kids’ poker hands was a huge mistake.) The baby Joe the bully stuff didn’t work for me at all. ---

My favorite bit: Dylan expressing relief when he learns that Larry’s wife was a cat. Apparently Dylan was prepared to dig a human-sized grave in the backyard without asking any questions. ---

Overall, though, the episode did not amuse me as much as the first two of the season. ---

I think this show’s just about run out of steam. Even Luke doesn’t seem to have any good lines anymore. Glad Larry isn’t dead, though. ---

All I remember is the continuing demise of Ty Burrell’s eyebrows. His eyes used to be his best feature; now they look over-manicured and prissy. I realize I’m probably the only person who cares about this. ---
