I don’t maintain a crib sheet to keep track of Dopers! For me, it is the discussions that are interesting, not the discussers. Nevertheless, my brain may conjure up dim impressions about Dopers. I have vague impressions about the political leanings of some of you. Are they often wrong? ISTM that a much better idea than using them to act as union breakers would be to use them as union breakfast. Instead of paying them the money that our good americans deserve, we go ahead and take advantage of the nutritional delicacies that have conveniently transported themselves, at no cost to us, all the way up from the exoic tropical climate to our colder and greyer one. We could use the set up that Arpia already has out in Maricopa county. The outdoor facilities would be perfect for a giant BBQ. I know, it’s quite the modest proposal, but we can make it work! ---

I’d like for DACA recipients to stay as well. However, I think there should be some revisions to DACA to give recipients a pathway to citizenship. Being from southwest Texas, I’ve seen first hand as to how important legal citizenship is- for the (extremely vulnerable) immigrants’ sake. ---
