Moisturizer can help reduce wrinkles, although it is true that wrinkles are inevitable with aging. A good moisturizer helps the skin stay more soft and pliable - this helps resist the formation of the creases in the skin that are called wrinkles.

Someone said it’s all genetic, and although genetics certainly plays a role, there are environmental factors that can definitely enhance or slow wrinkling of the skin. As already pointed out, UV light, smoking - anything that dries out the skin promotes earlier formation of wrinkles.
