I just saw this video from the New York Times, and I thought many other dopers would find this very cool.

[The Animators of Life.](http://video.nytimes.com/video/2010/11/15/science/1248069334032/the-animators-of-life.html?nl=todaysheadlines&emc=ab1)

It’s a busy day, but I think I’ll spend a little time hunting up some of these videos on YouTube…

Cool find. I don’t know much about the subject, it always helps for people like me to visualize things. Looking up both cell movies…

I’ve used “The Inner Life of a Cell” for years in my Molecular Biology classes. I think it really helps students to place the processes that we are learning about in a 3 dimensional space. It also hammers home the fact that all of these things don’t happen in isolation from each other. Plus, it’s just a stunningly beautiful representation of the cell.

I can’t wait to add the mitochondrial video to my next class.

Cool. I saw that yesterday, and was all, “That’s ATP synthase! 🆒”
