# Mongolian Beef Recipe

I blundered, er Googled into [this one](http://www.recipezaar.com/66121) tonight. It’s the best I’ve had, anywhere. Maybe it was the Silver Swan soy sauce.  
Please share your favorite Mongolian Beef.

I’ll have to try that recipe. I love good Mongolian Beef.

The best I’ve ever had was at a restaurant a couple miles from where I lived in Seattle. (For any Seattle dopers who wander in here, it’s the Uptown China, a few blocks down the street from Key Arena.) Damn, it was good. Since I moved away I haven’t found any place that’s even remotely close to the way they made it.

I miss that place. I’ve gone a few times on visits back to the area; hope it’s still there.
