> If she hasn’t experienced that, she needs to not claim she has, as it makes cyberbullying not seem as serious as it is. It’s kinda like if you led a seminar on workplace injuries because you stubbed you toe once at work.

I don’t understand your analogy. You’re comparing Lewinsky becoming worldwide news with people all over the world blaming her for things like destroying the government with someone who stubbed their toe at work?

In what ways is becoming a media punching bag different than being cyberbullied?

> Sorry, she was an adult when she undertook the affair. She saved the dress, and bragged on her conquest. Sorry, no sympathy from me. The first I could put aside as youthful folly. The second two, sorry, but she deserves for those actions to stick to her like glue.

I just read a bit about this case this past week because of threads like this one, so maybe you can give more information on this. From what I read:

> Tripp also informed Starr of the existence of a navy blue dress that Lewinsky owned that was soiled with Clinton’s semen. During their friendship, Lewinsky had shown the dress to Tripp and said she intended to have it dry-cleaned; Tripp convinced her not to by providing various spurious reasons such as Lewinsky looking fat in it and the dress being Lewinsky’s “ultimate protection”.

[Linda Tripp wiki](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linda_Tripp)

It sounded to me like Lewinsky kept the dress on the advice of Linda Tripp, who later betrayed Lewinsky. Why is saving the dress such a black mark on Lewinsky?

I agree. I’m shocked by this thread and others I’ve seen like it. I’m also baffled by the responses.
