Does anyone recognize the song that played over the closing montage of “Dominoes Falling,” tonight’s episode of _The Shield_?

The song is called “Overcome” by Live. It can be found on their most recent album “V”. It is a really good song and I think it was used brilliantly in the closing montage.
I love this show, I cannot say that enough. The finale was awesome and I won’t spoil anything, but I am so looking forward to next season. Can’t wait already
