I thought “troll-hunting” was a no-no as well, and I’m pretty sure being cute and all Brothers Grimm about it doesn’t make it right. Or has Fenris been granted special powers of which I was not aware? And apparently in Britain, people with red hair get a lot more shit for it than they do in the USA. I’m not sure why. ---

It’s a stretch, but I wonder if the “ginger hair” is kinda like saying “I’ll beat you like a red-headed stepchild” (which is a phrase I’ve heard before) In any case, it’s probably time to let this one go. I think we’re in full melt-down mode. I wonder if he scared some random lady on the bus for not acknowleding him when he smiled at her? Then found her wallet and tried to return it and…and…nevermind 😉 ---

He’s being local. Saying someone is ginger is more of an insult here than in the US, clearly. It’s not a particularly inspired insult. In fact, it’s very David Brent, who Montezuma mentioned he is also doing an impression of. David Brent is a character in the excellent comedy series _The Office_, another reference you won’t get. This is why it’s important to know your audience. And so not look like a loon. ---
