You wouldn’t think so, would you? It’s counterintuitive, beer not being noted for its sweetness. But stouts are rich and creamy and a Guinness float is surprisingly tasty. ---

I love my Guinness, and I love ice cream more than any human should, but I cannot imagine that a Guinness float is a good idea. I think I’d be angry at myself for wasting good Guinness and wasting good ice cream. I don’t see myself trying it, but…never say never. mmm ---
