Here’s the translation, basically standard sugaring party fare, although it is not explained in the menu, most of it is cooked with maple syrup, not only those items specifically mentioned : Soupe aux pois French Canadian pea soup Patates Potatoes Fèves au lard Pork and beans Bacon et jambon fumé Smoked bacon and ham “Oreilles de Crisse” Christ ears (pork rinds) Omelette Omelets Oeufs dans le sirop Eggs cooked in maple syrup Marinade maison & crudités Homemade pickles and vegetables Tartes au sirop d’érable Maple syrup pie Crêpes Pancakes Pain, beurre, Bread, butter graisse de rôti dripping Sirop, tire et sucre d’érable Syrup, toffee, and maple sugar ---

OK, well I just got cast in a fairly unglamourus, yet paying, stage reading of Noel Coward’s _Private Lives_ which is taking place on the 23rd. So if we were going to do it then, I could meet you guys (I’ll be just south of the border). Judging from the map, the place selected is RIGHT over the border, which would rock for me. I’d invite you all to my reading, but A.) I don’t know if it’s open to the public and B.) there’s a good chance it might suck ass. Did I mention I was getting paid for this? ---

To clarify that a bit… I’m working out a rehearsal schedule, and I think I’m going to tell the director I can work until noon… that’d put me to Montreal by about 2 PM. Will that be early enough? ---

It should be **Eonwe** , but check the location of the sugar shack. You might not **need** to come directly to Montréal. Thr place selected is real close to the border. ---

I can’t committ totally yet but it looks about 75% sure… I’ll be driving up I think so assuming I do then I can take 3 to sites… That is asssuming of course that my Saturn loves me and stays road worthy 🙂 ---
