I find there are two kinds of people in this world – people who _love_ Monte Python and people who _hate_ Monte Python. I keep a copy of The Holy Grail\* around as a test. If they bring it back and say, “Well, that was weird!” they’re haters. If they don’t bring it back but start saying stuff like “Strange wimmen lyin’ in ponds, distributin’ swords is no basis for a system of government!” they’re lovers. King Arthur: “Shut up!” Peasant: “Oh, now we see the violence inherent in the system!” Peasant (shouting): “Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Help! Help! I’m being repressed!” ## p.s. It’s only a flesh wound! Strangers have the best candy. ---
