# Monty Trek, or Star Python?

Since this old coot is always slow on the uptake, I’m sure all the “cool kids” have already seen this and undoubtedly posted it round these parts. But my execrable search fu failed to readily identify it.

Given the number of Trekkies and Pythonites around these parts, I figured it couldn’t hurt to post [this](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnCvpJwKKpw&mode=related&search=).

Tho there are many good bits, IMO the penultimate “pram” scene is truly inspired!

I think I’ll watch it again…

It’s been on here before but it’s always a good laugh 🙂 I just called it up the other day to show someone, in fact.

It’s really well done. Whoever did it is very obviously a Star Trek Geek to the max to be able to grab all of the right scenes!

People like to talk about the heady themes of the original Star Trek, but this is a great example of why I always think the show was so silly. I’m glad the YouTube person, who must be a big fan, appreciates that.

“The engines are dead! They have ceased to be!”

“On second thought, let us not go to Vulcan. It is a very silly place.”

That was damn funny. My favorite was the music stopping momentarily and the red shirt dude kind of rocking out to himself.
