And Layla, who stopped him/them from killing Harrow/Ammit, has no comment on him/them killing all the henchmen.
But my take on the asylum scenes was that Dr. Harrow was just a construct of Marc’s using faces he knows. Harrow himself wasn’t involved.

I don’t think the transition from the fight against Harrow to the hospital and then to the apartment is meant to represent Marc/Steven having another black out. He defeated Harrow, took him to a hospital, and then he and Layla went their separate ways, him to London, and her to go do Avatar stuff for the hippo lady. The show skips all that stuff, and just jumps to him having a dream where he’s back in the hospital, then waking up in bed.

I don’t think Marc/Steven did that - he doesn’t realize he’s got the tether on, and face plants. I think Jake put the tether on, and this is how Marc/Steven realize that they’re still going out at night while neither of them are in control.

Layla stopped him from killing a defeated and defenseless enemy. She’s got no problem with killing dudes who are an active threat.

I think you’re probably right about that. Marc knowing about the glass in Harrow’s shoes could have been something he found out about while hauling the guy to a hospital after the fight.
